this is deff. NOT the right type of song for him. i think he did HORRIBLE. everyone is entitled to their own personal opinion and thats just mine. i mean.., come on! he had to breathe right in the middle of a note! he needs to stick with another type of music && songs.
I really don’t care … I really don’t care what anybody says about Jason Castro. He’s a great performer. He entrances me with the way he feels the music and anybody that knows anything about music should know that that’s what it’s all about. It’s to feel the vibrations of every note and every rhythm played.
I see where you are … I see where you are going italgirl08, I’m sorry but it really doesn’t touch me that much. Since I am very addicted to music, and especially unpolished music, I catch your drift. I just think that you are more touched by his charm, which there is nothing wrong with, people just shouldn’t judge on that behalf. I see your point, so peace be. My final question: Will you remember Jason Castro in about 2 years ?
Well i dont know … Well i dont know how familiar u are with him on the show but he only sang about 5 times in public before he auditioned. He may not be the best “technical” singer due to his lack of experience and lack of vocal lessons but he has a huge grasp of what music is really about and that’s emotion. His little flaws here and there are what we love about him. Real music doesnt have to be polished and sound perfect but it does have to touch peoples hearts and jason does that so well

Sure he might be a fairly good singer since he was on American Idol, but if you can’t hear that he is missing notes, blowing in the microfone and not breathing in the proper way, how can you tell that he is a good singer?
I am getting so tired of people worshipping random singers on youtube because they are singing a good song. For once try to listen to the original afterwards, then be the judge.
I think he’s a good … I think he’s a good singer… but not with this song… his Over the Rainbow was awesome… but I think he doesn’t do this song justice.

First off, he missed several notes. He has definitely got issues controlling his breathing when he sings. And last, what’s with the blowing in the mic, it is very unproffesional :/

As for everyone’s views - positive or negative, clearly its a matter of preference. Personally, he’s got me addicted to his voice, charm and delivery. Not the biggest voice I’d admit and not always perfect but always beautiful.

Now please just do us all a favor and go watch something u actually like. You’re only wasting your own time.
