yeah i think so to, because when she shows her heart you can really see the person in there, she just have hard to trust people, and who can blame her after what she`s been into.
and mark said is self that of course the divorce between sophia and chad had affetcted the storyline but he also said that it not written in stone that peyton and luke will get together in the end. but i have hard to se brucas together again, though i really would like it.

it’s common sense …
it’s common sense to see that Peyton put Brooke in a terrible position by being “honest” (which she wasn’t, didn’t tell B about the Kiss, afterall). She knew B’s insecurity. She knew that to tell her about her feelings for L left B with 2 choices: 1)stay with L despite knowing P’s feelings, making P feel betrayed and then justified for going after L. 2)leave L and push both of them away so she wouldn’t be tempted to cheat like both blonde’s have. She chose the latter, you should be happy.

Peyton has gone through so much. agreed. But it still is Peyton’s fault that she pushed her feelings “aside” again, I ask you to rewatch S1, when everything was simple and Peyton was adamant about making it complicated. Sure, she was scared. But so was Brooke–who’s been abandoned by EVERYONe in her life-yet B still gave it a chance when she fell for L. P didn’t hold off because she loved B. She knew B was only interested in L sexualy at the begining. She could’ve made her move at the beginning.

I wasnt pointing that comment at you. Peyton as a character has gone through so much on the show. And how is it peytons fault that she pushed her feelings for lucas aside. She has always loved him but put it aside because he loved brooke. She was scared of losing everything and everyone. Finally she broke down and told brooke but again said she would put it aside if she really loved lucas. It does not take a genius to figure that out?

Who knew she was going to get hurt? Brooke or Peyton? Brooke did, considering her life and she still decided to take the chance.twice. Peyton was afraid of getting hurt, & she wasn’t willing to even give Lucas a chance until it was too late. The girl has some serious issues with her NEED to have EVERYTHING tragic in her life for it to be “deep”. It doesn’t matter who you think is the best character, please stop being childish and calling other people names just because they disagree with you.

Peyton’s had sex as much as the post-Lucas Brooke did. We know this because she’s said countless times that she and Nathan’s relationship was just a bunch of one night stands put together. The Brooke AFTER Lucas never slept with random guys like she did before. And I’m sorry, but it’s PEYTON’S fault that she had to push her feelings aside for them. She had the chance. She lied and denied feelings to BOTH Brooke AND Lucas UNTIL they got together (twice). Tell me, HOW is that BROOKE’s FAULT?

maybe it’s just me… but i cant help but think how incredibly hard this scene must have been on the sophia and chad! especially w/ the kiss and brooke giving luke back the engagement ring. man, that must hurt. this really shows how professional they are to let their real life not affect the show.

go back and rewatch …
go back and rewatch some S1 OTH. You’ll notice that not only did Brooke ask peyton 1000 times if she was interested in Luke, but P also 100% confirmed that she was NOT interested. When first Brooke showed interest, Peyton knew that it was just about sexual attraction. So, there was no reason for her to continue to lie to her BEST FRIEND. Peyton only went after Lucas when she found out he and Brooke were dating. IE: when she found out he wasn’t going to grovel and stalk her anymore. =)

…did you watch OTH before? Brooke stopped sleeping around after she got with Lucas. She started believing in herself more when she got with Lucas. After he broke her heart, yeah, she had lots of casual sex again but only with Felix, whome she eventually dated. So…I think she’s in love with him. Unlike blondie Brooke actually cares about Lucas’ feelings, and that’s why she pushed him away. In this episode and 409.
